Reading Task

“Having a Good Geez”

“Bring in Mr. Faa, Please, Gazza” It was a long and frustrating day, five cars had been stolen, dumped and stripped in two weeks! The thief's haven’t been caught yet but Mr.Harambe, was determined to find and lock the criminal behind bars.

I Mr. Gazza walked out into the main hall to reveal all 6 suspects sitting on the chair’s looking suspiciously around. “Mr. Faa” A man, in black Huaraches, black Chino’s and a white Starter jumper glanced around worried.  “Now!” He didn’t move. “Get up, NOW!” He gave a little smile, then got up, I wasn’t in the mood for joking.

He walked past confidently, “Little Bugger” I thought.
He didn’t wait for Mr. Harambe to tell him anything, he made himself at home and sat down on the sofa without any word.

Ring! Ring! Ring! The phone rang furiously on the desk, Mr. Harambe answered the phone and begun talking. He was on the phone for about 5 minutes when his conversation was over. His angry face… Now a sly smile…
“Did you have anything to do with the car thefts that have been happening recently?” He didn’t answer. “No Sir” He asked one more time. “Is that all?” “Yes Sir” According to a witness, an anonymous person has seen you break into a car…
“But whoever said that doesn’t have evidence” said Mr. Fa’a confidently. For a split second there Mr. Harambe was lost in words, the first time EVER! He looked up at me, I gave a “what-now” look. He was about to say something when his eyes rested upon his computer screen.

He faced it around so that the both of us could see what he was looking at… It was a picture of Mr. Fa’a braking into a car! His clothing matched the clothing Mr.Fa’a was wearing now.

“Come on, Fa’a, time to put you behind bars” I said.
“I’ll get you back Harambe” he barked…
“In another 8 years, cuzzie!” he laughed back.
I couldn’t help myself but laugh too!
